Support for greyscale: Epson’s unique Variable Sized Droplet Technology (VSDT) delivers smooth graduations by ejecting droplets of different volumes.

High durability: PrecisionCore print heads have proven durability and extended service life demonstrated by Epson’s own industrial printers. Printhead has 3200 nozzles, 8 nozzle rows (300 npi/row, 600 npi/2 rows), 4 channels – 4 colors, use Aqueous ink type, variable drop ink technology that optical improves printing resolution improves color restoration degree, drops sizes 3.8, 7, 12 pl at 18 kHz.

• Imported Thk Mute Guide Rail:  Japanese THK mute guide rail, moving steadily, longer working life, and reducing the resistance and noise of carriage moving during the high speed printing.
• Imported Fluororubber Pinch Roller:  Imported fluororubber pinch roller, preventing statics which may result in ink misting during printing. Specially designed pinch roller, which can be lifted up independently to eliminate wrinkle during printing.
• Anti Collision System In Carriage: It is easy and convenient to adjust the printhead height according to different media. And anti collision system installed on both sides of carriage, which automatic detect any force on carriage way to protect the printhead inside.
• Special-Designed Air Suction Platform: Unique air suction mode with stronger adsorption, which is more even for paper moving, and ensures the printing quality.
• Siphon Ink Supply System: 4.5 L bulk tank and 500ml sub-tank ink supply system which ensures constant ink supply and guarantees output quality. Ink stortage alarm system is equipped to remind operator to refill ink timely.
• Tension Dancing Bar Control System: Large bearing weight, long service life, uniform force on paper feeding and taking up, and short inflation and deflation operation time. The unique dancing bar in the feeding and taking up system ensures that the paper is evenly stressed during the entire printing process, and the taking up is smooth and tight to avoid loosening.
• New Integrated Head Capping Station: Fully sealed capping station, auto cleaning, flash and moisturizing, easy to operate and maintain.
