The Fedar FD6198E is a high-speed sublimation printer with 8 Epson I 3200-A1 printheads, a 1900mm print width, and speeds up to 370 m²/h. It features advanced technologies such as variable drop ink technology, a Japanese THK mute guide rail, an air suction platform, an anti-collision system, and an intelligent drying control system. • Epson I 3200-A1 Printhead: EPSON I 3200-A1 printhead has 3200 nozzles, variable drop ink technology, improves printing resolution, improves color restoration degree, up to four levels of gray print can be supported.
• Imported Thk Mute Guide Rail: Japanese double THK mute guide rail, moving steadily, longer working life and reducing the resistance and noise of carriage moving during the high speed printing.
• Special-Designed Air Suction Platform: Unique air suction mode with stronger adsorption, which is more even for paper moving, and ensures the printing quality.
• New Integrated Head Capping Station: Fully sealed capping station, auto cleaning, flash and moisturizing, easy to operate and maintain.
• Imported Fluororubber Pinch Roller: Imported fluororubber pinch roller, preventing statics which may result in ink misting during printing. Specially designed pinch roller, which can be lifted up independently to eliminate wrinkle during printing.
• Industrial Motor: The feeding & take-up system is equipped with industrial motor, which adopts precise servo control to make paper moving more accurate.
