What is DTF Printing?

The Fedar FD70-3 DTF printer is equipped with three Epson I 3200-A1 printheads, offering a 600mm print width and speeds up to 8 m²/h. It supports CMYK + LC LM + 2 FLUO/4 FLUO + White ink printing. Key features include a white ink stirring system, anti-collision function, silent linear guide rail, intelligent feather printing, and high accuracy with high quality rubber pinch rollers.

DTF (Direct To Film) is a cutting-edge print technology that enables the creation of vibrant and durable garments using water-based inks, without the need for pretreatment or weeding. This efficient inline process allows you to print on both light and dark fabrics by incorporating white ink. It is suitable for a variety of textiles, including stretch materials. With DTF, you can effortlessly print on t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, caps, and much more, offering a versatile solution for garment customization.

Colors channel configuration: CMYK+ LC LM 2 FLUO/4 FLUO + White Ink. LC and LM combined with FLUO inks make the printing accuracy higher and the color more vivid.
Imported Silent Linear Guide Rail: Smoother operation and longer life.
Intelligent Feather Printing: The original two dimensional intelligent feathering function and wave feathering function can eliminate banding in printing and improve the excellent quality perfectly.
Adopt Anti-collision Function: If something is on platform or material bulges, the carriage will stop moving and protect the heads.
