The Fedar FD5194E sublimation printer is a high-performance printer and equipped with quad Epson I 3200-A1 printheads, supporting a print width of 1900mm and speeds up to 170m²/h. It features advanced technologies like Variable Sized Droplet Technology, an anti-collision system, a bulk ink supply system, and a high-resolution output with excellent color accuracy. Support for greyscale: Epson’s unique Variable Sized Droplet Technology (VSDT) delivers smooth graduations by ejecting droplets of different volumes.

High resolution: Ink ejection of up to 4 colours realizes with high resolution (600 dpi/colour).

High durability: PrecisionCore print heads have proven durability and extended service life demonstrated by Epson’s own industrial printers. Printhead has 3200 nozzles, 8 nozzle rows (300 npi/row, 600 npi/2 rows), 4 channels – 4 colors, use Aqueous ink type, variable drop ink technology that optical improves printing resolution improves color restoration degree, drops sizes 3.8, 7, 12 pl at 18 kHz.

 There are 3200 nozzles with 3200DPI resolution in EPSON I 3200-A1 printhead in the Fedar FD5194E Sublimation Printer, and VSDT technology, which improves printing resolution and color revivification degree. And inner ink column, easy and convenient to use, supporting 9 gray grade printing in maximum.

• Imported Thk Mute Guide Rail: Japanese THK mute guide rail, moving steadily, longer working life, and reducing the resistance and noise of carriage moving during the high speed printing.
• Leadshine Brushless Dc Motor: High precision driver linear encoder, higher resolution, fewer errors in length, more stable running.
• Anti Collision System In Carriage: It is easy and convenient to adjust the printhead height according to different media. And anti collision system installed on both sides of carriage, which automatic detect any force on carriage way to protect the printhead inside.
• Liftable Head Maintenance Station: Advanced head clean and moisture unit, easy to operate and maintain. Auto or Manual mode can be selected.
• Bulk Tank And Sub-Tank Ink Supply System: Bulk tank and sub-tank Ink supply system which makes sure constant ink supply and guarantee output quality. Ink shortage alarm system is equipped to remind operator to refill ink timely.
• Imported Fluororubber Pinch Roller:  Imported fluororubber pinch roller, preventing statics which may result in ink misting during printing. Specially designed pinch roller, which can be lifted up independently to eliminate wrinkle during printing.
• Intelligent Take Up Unit With Inflatable Roller: Support max 1000m media loading, which can reduce the frequency of media loading.
